Regina, SK - The safety of our clients, members, partners, and the public are a top priority to the Saskatchewan Safety Council. As part of the Council’s Pandemic Emergency Response, the following outlines our current and planned response to the Coronavirus outbreak. While there is a significant amount of information available to both businesses and individuals, the Saskatchewan Safety Council recommends utilizing only trusted resources to avoid confusion. For members of the public we suggest you act upon the recommendations found on this Government of Saskatchewan public health webpage. For concerned businesses we recommend the following trusted resources: Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety WorkSafe Saskatchewan WorkSafe BC Previously, we have made available resources such as: Hand Washing Video Fraud Video Current Saskatchewan Safety Council response: Due to Government of Saskatchewan's declaration of a provincial State of Emergency, related to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Saskatchewan Safety Council in-person programs are being postponed until further notice, and our office is closed to public access. Those effected by the rescheduling of events will be notified directly of changes as soon as possible. Council staff continue to monitor directives from the Federal and Provincial Health Authorities for updates.
